Regulatory Affairs
Regulatory Affairs is a crucial role in the healthcare industry. Healthcare products including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and equipment require prior registration with the Ministry of Health in order to import, market and distribute the products.
Our management team has many years of experience in Regulatory Affairs. The department undertakes the responsibilities of complying with the Ministry’s regulatory requirements by assisting our partners to prepare all the documents necessary for registering their products. We continuously ensure to fulfill our partners objectives by ensuring timely approvals and overall efficiency of the registration process.
We cover various specialties that include oral dosage forms, injections, biological and blood products, medical devices and disposables that undergo registration procedures.
Sales & Marketing
We provide valuable support to many of our partners in managing their sales and marketing activities.
Our marketing and sales team bring a great deal of industry expertise and local knowledge to help our partners achieve their business objectives in the country and the region.
Logistics & Infrastructure
The vital arm of our business includes two warehousing faculties that are centrally located in Jordan and are fully compliant with GSDP. The faculties include:
Cold Store Chain Management Pick and Pack areas.
24hr lead time (from receipt of order to the capital and surrounding cities).
Warehousing and distribution follow strict WHO Good Distribution Practice Guidelines, and is audited and certified by the Jordanian authorities.
